One of my favorite X-men story lines is coming to the big screen as confirmed by Bryan Singer – Days of Future Past.  Start digging out and reviewing those copies of X-men #138-143.

Disney/Marvel has finally revealed their “hidden” movie for 2014 and it’s Guardians of the Galaxy. The movie is slated for an August 1, 2014 release date, but that may change.

The current rumor is the movie will focus on the 2008 comic book reboot and include Adam Warlock, Drax The Destroyer, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and Phyla-Vell/Quasar. The villain in rumored to be Thanos, giving even more attention to Iron Man 55, his first appearance.
