The Avengers movie is only weeks away and the comic to watch is definitely Avengers #1. The movie will stray from the #1 issue, I mean some of the characters weren’t even in the first issue, but from what we’ve seen of the trailers Loki is the main villain, directly from the comic book storyline.

Avengers #1 has always has sat in the background to other more popular and valuable Silver Age Marvel stalwarts such as the Fantastic Four, Spider-man, and the X-men, but their time may finally have come.
