The character has gone through many iterations, but if you want the first, this is it.<\/p>\n<p><em>Rick Flag<\/em> &#8211; Again, way back in Brave and the Bold 25 (along with the original Suicide Squad, see below)<\/p>\n<p><em>Harley Quinn<\/em> &#8211; Harley comic books are on fire even though this character really made her first appearance in a tv show. First comic book appearance? Batman Adventures #12<\/p>\n<p><em>Boomerang<\/em> &#8211; Go back to the Silver Age to find this character&#8217;s first appearance in Flash #117<\/p>\n<p><em>Enchantress<\/em> &#8211; Again a character with a very complicated past, but appeared for the first time in Strange Adventures #187<\/p>\n<p>and don&#8217;t forget<\/p>\n<p><em>Amanda Waller<\/em> &#8211; Legends #1 (1986).
