I just read my first Iron Man review, and I can’t wait to see the movie.
Iron Man has a lot riding on it for a couple of reasons.
First, Iron Man has been a slightly second tier character, and a real blockbuster in the category could really open things up for future sequels.
Second, this is Marvel’s first movie, done by them and only distributed by Paramount. They haven taken on quite a risk here, but if it is successful the payoff will be huge for the company.
