Fantastic Four #1 is one of the most coveted comic books of the Silver Age. Containing the origin of the Fantastic Four – Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Girl, the Human Torch and the Thing, it’s considered by many to be responsible (along with Showcase #4) for the start of the Silver Age resurgence in comic book collecting.
