		<description>I was a bit surprised that you didn&#039;t cover dirt and dried food in the prep article.  There is a kneadable eraser available which is like play-doh in consistency which I understand does nicely and does not damage a book. Otherwise, I think you did well on the article and look foward to the follow up articles on prep and CGC submission.</description>
